Jonas Brothers Concert

Holy crap was this concert freaking awesome. I thought I was going to have to work that day but then other stuff happened and I didn't have to. Anyway, we did our regular Saturday stuff and then when the time came to get ready to leave I felt like I was going to throw up from excitement. Don't care if you think I am weird. When we got there we had to pay $20 for parking. Crazy I tell you. We only had to stand in line for less then 20 minutes. Oh took my mom with. Once we got inside we headed towards our seats. I thought that they were going to be further back. Nope we were 7-8 rows from the stage and less then 10 feet from the speakers. I hardly had to use my zoom on my camera to get good pictures. During the opening act I went and got my souvenir stuff. I got a bag and a book. When the concert started it was getting dark. During one of the songs they sprayed the audience with foam. It was nuts. My mom and I got foamed good. Wre had so much fun. It made me not worry about my job. I had forgotten how loud pre-teens and teen girls can scream. I mean I knew they could but I had forgotten the high pitch of it. All in all we had a blast and suffered temporary deafness for two days and a couple of having our ears ring. Let me just say that church hurt from people talking loud or what sounded loud to me.

Life just plain sucks

So this last week I was suspended from work and then let go. I hated my job and was furiously looking for something else. But then I get this kicking the pants and now I am unemployed and annoyed with life. Upside of the suspension was that I didn't have to work on Saturday before my Jonas Brothers concert. I will tell you all about that in another post. Onto other suckiness of my life. I am having my records moved to my family ward at the end of August. I like the ward I am in but I am just not getting what I need out of it. I have out grown the ward. Not very many people my age anymore. They have either moved out of the ward or have gotten married. I wish that was why I was moving but then there is the whole no one my age thing. There is one lady there that has a cow every time I visit. She asks if I am going to sing a solo. Nope just visiting. So now I need to prepare something for when I do go back. I thought long and hard about it so it is something that feels right. Also with being unemployed I believe I have lost around 8 pounds. Good thing but not a good way. I usually only be eating dinner, or I would eat just breakfast or just a snack here and there. Not healthy. I really hate life right now. My dad is being his usual jerky self. Not caring about anything. He doesn't care that he lost his eternal family. His children can't stand him and he will not get to know his grand-daughter or any other grandchildren that come along. His loss.

Parking

So this afternoon Dustin gets home from work and slams the door to his room so hard that the walls shake. I thought pictures were going to come off. Boy is he lucky that they didn't. Well I decided to see what was wrong, you know being the sister that I am I knocked on his door and he had a crappy day at work because one of his co-workers did absolutely nothing. Today was his last day before his vacation so Dustin said that it was pointless for him to come in because Dustin had to do all his work. Pain in the bum. So then he went outside and worked on his dirt bike because him and the other two bros are going riding over the holiday and he just got some stuff in the mail today to put on. Well then he handed me his keys to his truck and had me back it up so he could load up his bike. He trusts me to back it up. It is a huge truck. I am used to my car lower to the ground not as big. Don't have to jump to get in. Well I did it. When I handed him the keys his comment was, "It is ok but you park like a crooked lawyer." Brat. I can back up my car straight no problem. It's just that I was nervous. I mean that was the first time he handed me the keys to move it and it is HUGE!!!
