What a time

Ok so the last time I blogged was probably last week but that I didn't really have time to write. Work is going ok. I hate being on the phones all the time. Today I was trained on live chat. I really like it. At least I have a job whereas some do not.

Apparently in the beginning of May I am going to a slumber party. Never been to one of those kinds of slumber parties. I figure I need to live a little and do things just for fun. Maybe then I won't get all blushy. Jane said that I could bring my mom if I felt comfortable. That is like taking her to a strip bar. So this is one party that I will be going to all by myself.

This past Saturday mom , Amy and I went shopping out at Centerra. First we stopped at Macy's to see if we could find some shirts for the Jesters Sneak Peek. After that we went to Bath and Bodyworks for some lotion. Oh at Macy's Amy and I bought sassy bras. Mine is brown with polka-dots and hers is black with some red and some other color. Then we went to Victoria Secret to look there. Well when we were in the corner Amy was looking at a bra and wasn't sure if it would fit. Mom told her to try it on in the dressing room but she didn't really want to so mom suggested trying it on over her clothes. So that is what she did. She lifted up her sweatshirt and tried it on over her t-shirt. Funny thing was that there was a security camera right above us.

After that we had voice lessons where I found the song I am going to sing for my Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat audition. I am also working on my piece for my recital that is this Sunday. I am singing On My Own. Not gonna put what I am using for my audition piece just yet.

Been a long time

So it has been forever since I wrote in my blog. Been kinda busy doing plays and having chorale concerts. This past week we performed Verde's Requiem with the Longmont Symphony Orchestra and the Longmont Chorale. Still not a fan of the music. My feet always hurt after a concert but this was worse. The soloist songs were long and slow and in Latin. AAAARRRRRGGGGHHH!

Haley Marie Hart made her appearance on March 4th. Big sister is loving it. She is adorable. I have pictures posted on my facebook account but if you are not one of my friends you are out of luck at seeing the pictures. Got tired of others being able to see things and bug me. I love that you can choose who you want to be able to view your profile.

Music Man rehearsals have started. I am a picalittle lady and my mom is Mrs. Paroo, Marians's mother. She wanted that role. It is fun watching her learn her lines with an irish accent. We are both having fun.

Still working where I am working. Looking for something a little closer to home but beggars really can't be choosers when it comes to employment. My ideal job would be to work in an office where I am not on the phone for 8 hours, somewhere where I am appreciated for my work and people who are fun to work with and don't drive me UP THE WALL!!!

Since I got my tax return I am replacing my windshield and bought an HP laptop. My very first. I get to go and pick it up this afternoon after work. I am excited. I will be able to sit in my room or where ever I want and play on the computer.
